The company returns and exchanges goods of proper and improper quality in accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
Within 14 days from the moment of purchase, you have the right to return or exchange the product.
Return delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the client.
The procedure for returning goods of proper quality*:

- inform the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card number for the refund of the value of the goods;
- after receiving, checking the contents of the parcel for compliance with the terms of return of the product, we will return the money to your bank card or send another product within 5 working days.

All carrier services or money transfer fees are at the customer's expense.
*A good quality product is:
- the product has not been used and has no signs of use by the consumer: scratches, smells, scuffs, stains, etc.;
- the product is fully assembled and the factory packaging has been preserved;
- all shortcuts and factory markings are preserved;
- the product retains its commercial appearance and its consumer properties.
**Goods of inadequate quality should be considered to be those that do not meet the requirements of regulatory documents or the requirements for it, the information provided by the manufacturer or seller.
